In addition to the premiere of the Cayman in the "hardcore" version of the GT4 RS, Porsche also presented a new version of the electrically powered Taycan model in two body shapes at the Los Angeles Motor Show, which comes with the famous GTS designation.
With recognizable details and a combination of colors and materials that Porsche already proverbially offers with exceptional GTS versions of its models, Taycan GTS is powered by two electric motors that combine 598 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque, which places it between the 4S and Turbo versions.
These figures are enough for Porsche's first electric GTS (in both body styles) from 0 to 100 km / h to reach 3.7 seconds and develop 250 km / h.
According to WLTP standards, the battery capacity (93.4 kWh) ensures that the Taycan GTS in combined mode with a single charge can go up to 504 kilometers, and in city conditions up to 625 kilometers, which currently makes it a record holder among electric Porsches.
The Taycan GTS and GTS Sport Turismo are expected in showrooms in the spring.
The basic price in Germany is 131,834 euros, and for an even more spacious and practical Sport Turismo, it is necessary to set aside 132,786 euros.
